A pioneer in the design of building products


 Set up by Mr Yong Teng Long in 1958, Yong Tai Loong Pte Ltd began in a modest 20-sq-metre shop in Jurong as manufacturer of incense and candleholders.  In the early 1960s when Singapore's first public housing programme was launched, the company pioneered the design and supply of many architectural building components and products for use in HDB (Housing & Development Board) flats and private condominiums.
